where do we find inspiration?

Where do we find inspiration to live our lives in a positive way? Sometimes it comes from other people. I have started to look at a magazine called "Spoonful" which comes by subscription and is subtitled a happiness companion. It is a small mag which can be read quickly the aim of which is to leave the reader feeling uplifted and positive about their own lives. I first read about it in the Good Weekend a few months ago and went to the internet to find more which you can too at http://www.spoonfulzine.com/
It is lovely because I have always thought that we should have a paper or magazine which shows the good news and less of the misery in the world and now it exists. I have also become braver in facing the realities of life and the tragedies which occur all around us all the time so try less to shy away from these difficult truths but that is another story and I am glad that "Spoonful" has been born.
I have received the first two copies and await the latest installment so went to check up on it today and it seems that the creator and editor is slogging away at edition three trying to make it as wonderful as she can. So where else do we find our nourishment and inspiration? We can find these things in nature, exercise, art, reading, daydreaming, cooking, spirituality...............we all have our own methods and we should make sure that we find the time to connect with them on a regular basis in order to keep ourselves balanced and happy. The tasks of everyday life can easily fill all of our time so make sure to keep a little bit spare to provide yourself with your own dose of encouragement and inspiration. In Julia Cameron's books such as "The Artist's Way", she calls it filling the well. Make sure not to let yours run dry..........with love and light, K.xx
