Going to Thailand

A really quick post and not sure why as even though there are a few hours before we need to go to the airport today I also have a list of bits and bobs to get done. We are off to Thailand for a family holiday and will be away for about three weeks. Yay! Feeling very excited today but my mind (or Buddha) also keeps reminding me that true happiness is only found inside of ourselves and that external things, like holidays, are only secondary or contributary causes of happiness. Okay, so I know that but am still ready for this secondary cause to go with the inner causes which I keep trying to create as a life's work. Also keen to see Greg who has been away for a few weeks already and to hang out as a family in a different environment. Looking forward to seeing the boys experiencing another culture and having their eyes opened a bit more to the world around them. And mine too.
