off to a funeral

Going to a funeral in my imagination as I take the main character in my book to a graveside funeral in the fictional town of Coronet Bay. As it turns out there is a real place called Coronet Bay but I think I will keep using the name anyway. Ruby is going to a send off for her old neighbour, Jim Crowe. She has just arrived at the cemetery and so far is walking away from the group of people she is meant to be joining. So will follow and see where she goes. Hope to write 2000 words today though usually achieve 1000. Will let you know how I go in a few hours. Back to the funeral...................
